ctm receives Investors in People Silver

During our recent Investors in People review we exceeded the Standard requirements and achieved Silver status.

Investors in People have recently introduced a new approach with three new levels on top of the Standard level:  Bronze, Silver and Gold. The new structure gives organisations the opportunity to celebrate further achievement and identify advanced areas for improvement.

ctm was first accredited as an Investor in People in 2004. During our review in 2007 we exceeded almost all of their requirements in every area, reaching a “World-class” level in many of the categories. Three years on we have continued to develop and in October 2010 we met the necessary requirements to achieve Silver status.

This is a fantastic achievement and highlights our commitment to continuous business improvement through our team. Out of the 30,000 organisations that hold Investors in People status, the Silver award puts ctm in the top 2% of organisations and one of 238 who hold this accolade within the London and South East region. Despite this achievement the team is not content with Silver status and aims for Gold at the next review, making ctm one of the top Investors in People in the country!

Managing Director, Matt Cannon: “This is a truly great achievement for the firm and the team. We have all worked extremely hard over the last few years to make ctm a great place to work and we are thrilled that Investors in People have recognised that effort with this Silver award. Next stop: Gold!”
